.Terry's Pork Tenderloin.

Do you guys want to try the BEST pork tenderloin EVER?
Yeah, trust me, YOU {really} DO!!
Sorry that this picture is not great....we should have cut it up and 'presented it', but got hungry and forgot that part!!!
However, still VERY tasty!!
I originally got this recipe about 7 years ago from one of our most favorite {and longest} family friends. They actually live out in Vancouver, and while husband and I where visiting, Terry {the pappa bear of the group} cooked us a meal from heaven.
This was the main course and I instantly begged for the recipe {and just wait till you try the mushroom barley!}
So now I share it with you, minus you begging, because that's just a little ridiculous.
Instead you can give me a pair of Louboutin shoes. I'm a size 7.5
Enjoy!
Terry's Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
2 large pieces of Pork Tenderloins
Pineapple juice {1 small juice box does the trick}
2 tbsp (30 ml) Ginger root, finely chopped
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 tbsp (60 ml) Soya sauce
4 tbsp (60 ml) Teriyaki sauce {use a thin one. I like 'Kikkoman' brand}
Teriyaki Sauce {use a thick one. I like 'Hy's' Brand}
Blue cheese, sliced
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl mix the pineapple juice, ginger root, garlic, soya sauce, and the thin teriyaki sauce. Marinate the pork tenderloin in this mixture for a couple hours.
2. BBQ Version: After marinating the pork, BBQ until it almost ready. Then brush the pork with the thick teriyaki sauce {Hy's Brand} and add your blue cheese on top to melt over the pork right before serving.
Stove Version: Pre-heat the oven to 375F. After marinating the pork, place them in a casserole dish or on a pan. Drizzle with the thick Teriyaki sauce {Hy's Brand} and bake for approx. 25 minutes. Add your blue cheese on top of the pork and cook for 2 more minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve.
AHHH-MAZING!
Cut up into slices and serve!
